Positively surprised in general. Yes, one can see it has not been constructed lately, but the We planned to spend a good afternoon and evening here but it was cut short around dinnertime due to We have visited this place as we enjoy to go to Sauna for a relaxing day. But this sauna was everything but not relaxing.
The changing rooms upstairs are very small and full. Alternative is to change in the basement and walk via the swimming area up to the sauna.
The sauna area was very crowded and loud. Many kids were running around and haven open and closed the doors to the sauna continues. In general there was a continues coming and going of people within the main area maybe as there was no barrier between swimming and sauna?!
The place for relaxing are very limited. The bar at the sauna was very limited for food. If you wanted to eat something you have to go to the swimming area. The food there was ok, but not what you normally expect for wellness. In General, the location looks not bad, but it was for us not rekac8ng and waste of money. I visited on 3 occasions in early June I spent the bulk of my time in the upstairs sauna area. On my first visit I was slightly confused as to how to get to the main sauna area having gone up the stairs in the main thermal pools area which led into the relaxation grotto.
Once I figured out how to get through this area I found the top of the main access staircase which you access from between the changing rooms and reception. In the sauna area there are plenty of places to leave your swimming gear etc, but these are situated beside the bar and you have to come through into the main sauna area to get here.
